Our most effective advanced technique for relief from chronic pain and injury rehabilitation.
* Note: Most sessions will be approximately two hours. Sessions vary in length depending on your body’s process of unwinding. We ask you to plan each session being up to 2 hours knowing that the fee is based per session and not for time.

Neuromuscular Therapy Massage
Neuromuscular therapy is very effective for treating chronic pain. Neuromuscular therapy treats Pain from trigger points, ischemia, neural interference and postural distortions.

Deep Tissue Massage
With deep tissue massage, the muscle and fascia are first relaxed, followed by specific deeper pressure and manipulation of the structures beneath the more superficial tissue.

Sports Massage
Sports massage facilitates athletic performance and recovery. It keeps muscles and fascia open/unrestricted for enhanced performance and prevents secondary injury due to imbalance or chronically tight.

‘ Therapeutic Stretching Massage Sessions.
Therapeutic stretching is a very useful and effective technique I often incorporate into my treatments. Active isolated stretching (AIS) is one type of therapeutic stretching.

Swedish Massage is commonly as: An intro to massage, stress relief, relaxation, releasing cramped or tense muscles.

Scar Tissue Release Therapy
For Smaller Scars we recommend 30 minutes or less will be enough time
For Larger Scars Or Multiple Scars we recommend 30-60 minutes
